Vincent Gallagher, 77, passed away peacefully in his sleep on March 29th.
Vincent was born on April 26th to Kitty and Tom. He was a proud Monaghan man and graduated from Christian Brothers School. He spent time working in the hospitality space before opening his own painting and wallpaper business.
He was known for golf, gardening and a good slagging.
Vincent Gallagher is survived by his wife Vera, his children Peter (Julie Ferguson), Sarah (Gary Moore), Ian (Tom Kindling) and his grandchildren Maeve, Orla, and Tadhg.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Lustgarten Foundation, or Tunnel to Towers.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Our deepest condolences to Vera, Peter, Sarah and Ian, the wee grandchildren, family far and near, friends and all who loved him. When I think of him, I see his great smile, which makes me smile. And I can't still smell the best St Paddy's Day cornbeef I ever had. RIP Vinno.
