Joseph T. Hiscock entered into eternal rest on September 23, 2025 at the age of 82. He was born on July 15, 1943 in the Village of East Rockaway, New York. Joseph was raised in East Rockaway, a proud alumni of Saint Raymond School. Joseph spent his entire career in the construction field, working his way to foreman. He was well respected within the industry. He is the beloved husband to Constance (nee Mascaro). A loving father to Thomas and his wife Susan; Janine Ehlers and her husband Michael; Tracey and his wife Kristin. A devoted grandfather to Amanda Hoggelmann (Matthew), Jessica Chance (Joseph), Erin Montefusco (Mike), Mirelle Hiscock, Shannon Ehlers, and Lilly Hiscock. A cherished great-grandfather to Juliette, Jenna, Bentley, Colton, Oakley, Eli, and Braxton. A dear brother to Maureen Adams, Eugene Hiscock, and the late Mildred Broyles, Frederick Hiscock, Joan Mitchell, Ronald Hiscock, and Patricia Merril. A fond uncle and friend to many.
His family will be receiving friends on Sunday September 28, 2025 from 1:00 pm until 5:00 pm at the funeral home.
His funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday September 29, 2025 at 10:45 am

Joe and Connie have been my friends since Junior HS at East Rockaway HS We went to prom together and were in each others weddings and had our children played together as babies… we have stayed friends our entire lives and after we moved to Florida they would visit…. Joe was wonderful and good friend and will be missed always… Wes and I loved you both
